Usually you can make same day reservations. Ive been able to walk in on occasion. Best to make plans a couple days in advance to be safe.

No, but you can walk from the parking garage and look at the Walk of Fame and all of the museums. It's a million times better than valet parking in my perspective
They open till midnight. Price very reasonable for their excellent foods. Don't miss the steak. Famous people and celebs dine here. Marylyn Monroe Charlie Chaplin, James Dean.... hang out here a lot
